Contracting hosts second annual joint squadron exercise
Airman 1st Class Russel Kanner, a contract administrator with the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron, takes notes during the Joint Contingency Contracting Officer Exercise at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Jan. 31, 2017. These notes were used to keep track of requirements and requests during the exercise.
