96th Medical Group holds first Teddy Bear Clinic
Airman First Class Nawym Meas, 96th Medical Group aerospace medical services apprentice, shows five-year-old Loralei Gill, how to take medical measurements during the first Teddy Bear Clinic at Eglin Air Force Base, Aug. 4. Children took their stuffed animals and characters through eight clinic stations. Stations included registration, CPR, immunizations, nutrition, fitness and vital signs. The Pediatric Clinic hosted 127 children to educate them about hospital procedures and to demonstrate what they may expect if they need to see a doctor. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ilka Cole)
