Brig. Gen. Ronald Jolly Sr., 82nd Training Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Michelle Jackson, 82nd Training Wing command chief, present a Senior Master Sgt. promotion certificate to Master Sgt. Sean Costello, 359th Training Squadron technical training flight chief, at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., March 9, 2018. Costello was diagnosed with cancer at 23 years old while stationed at Kunsan Air Base, South Korea.
