Superintendents learn, network during inaugural symposium
Chief Master Sgt. Jamie Auger, 96th Test Wing command chief, addresses superintendents at the Air Force Enlisted Village during the installation’s first Superintendent Symposium Jan 27 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The nearly week-long course was established to fulfill a gap in training for superintendents. Students learned about their daily roles, how to support of the overall health of their squadron and prepare for the unexpected. The curriculum also included briefings by subject matter experts on deployment and medical readiness, manpower, budget, assignments, inspector general applications, and personnel.
