EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Base closures due to Hurricane Michael:
Fitness 24-hour operations suspended
East Gate - closed. Will reopen after "all clear."
West Gate - remains open until winds reach 58 mph.
Base Exchange, Commissary – open, but closes at 7 p.m. Closed Oct. 10.
East and West Gate Shopette – closed
The Breeze – Closed. The Breeze will reopen Oct. 11 for normal operations.
Flight Kitchen – Closed Oct. 10
Legends – closed.
Bayview – closed.
Child Development Center, Youth Center – closed
Air Force Armament Museum - closed
Hospital - closed to outpatient clinic services and surgeries Oct. 9, 10. Patients will be called to reschedule appointments when operations resume.
Emergency Room, pharmacy and Lab operations will close at noon, Oct. 9. Non- emergency patients may contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE.
