The 96th Test Wing is set for an upcoming unit effectiveness inspection here in June.

To prepare for the UEI, Brig. Gen. Scott Cain, 96 TW commander, recently sent an email with a pre-inspection survey link to all wing active duty and civil service employees.

The goal of the 20-minute survey is to gain an understanding of the health and wellness of the organization from 96th Test Wing Airmen.

The Air Force Materiel Command Inspector General team wants honest and candid feedback about any issue to help inform them on what’s working well and what’s not at the 96th TW. The more surveys completed the clearer the picture is for the IG team. The survey helps the team pinpoint areas of interest among other items for the June UEI.

“I urge all 96 TW team members to take the survey,” said Cain. “The AFMC IG Team’s goal is to help our wing improve our operations, whether related to test operations or base support missions. The team comes in as an independent and impartial group to look at issues or challenges we may be missing. The survey is an important piece of the overall UEI puzzle.”

Here is the link to the survey. The survey does not have to be completed on a government networked computer. The completion deadline is March 12.
