The following disciplinary actions occurred here between January and March 2018.


A technical sergeant from the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron received three years confinement, forfeitures of all pay and allowances and a dishonorable discharge for sexual assault on a person incapable of consenting to the sexual act.

A technical sergeant from the 96th LRS was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for drug abuse.

A senior airman from the 96th LRS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, 14 days of extra duty, forfeiture of $618 pay per month for one month and a reprimand for failure to go.

A senior airman from the 96th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, confinement for 30 months, forfeitures of all pay and allowances, a reprimand and a dishonorable discharge for attempted sexual assault of a child.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a forfeiture of $965 pay per month for one month and a reprimand for dereliction of duty/underage drinking.

An airman 1st class from the 96th AMXS received 30 days extra duty, seven days restriction to base and a reprimand for dereliction of duty/underage drinking.

An airman 1st class from the 96th AMXS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty/underage drinking.

An airman from the 96th AMXS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman from the 96th AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for two false official statements.

A staff sergeant from the 96th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to senior airman, a suspended forfeiture of $1,298 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for use of a controlled substance.

A staff sergeant from the 96th SFS received a reduction in rank to senior airman, a suspended forfeiture of $1,298 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for dereliction of duty, false official statement and larceny.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A staff sergeant from the 33rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for commission of a serious offense.

A staff sergeant from the 33rd AMXS received a reduction in rank to senior airman and a reprimand for wrongful use of use of a controlled substance.

An airman 1st class from the 33rd AMXS was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for fitness assessment failures.

An airman from the 33rd AMXS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman from the 33rd AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order and wrongful appropriation.

A captain from the 33rd Operations Support Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $2,500 pay per month for one month and a reprimand for conduct unbecoming of an officer and disrespect to a superior officer.

A senior airman from 453rd Electronic Warfare Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for driving under the influence.

An airman 1st class from the 359th Training Squadron was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for failure to progress and/or performance of primary duties.

Civilian employee discipline actions involved:

22 incidents of trespassing

Nine incidents of drug possession

Nine cases of speeding (20 miles per hour or more over the limit)

Eight thefts of government property at the base exchange

Seven DUIs

Six drivers with suspended or revoked licenses

Three thefts of government property on the Range

Three assaults and 41 other incidents.
