Jury finds Air Force captain guilty on all counts Published Feb. 28, 2007 96th Air Base Wing Public Affairs EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Capt. Devery L. Taylor, 96th Medical Group, was found guilty Feb. 27 by a jury on all charges against him in a court martial here. Captain Taylor was charged in June 2006 with four counts of forcible sodomy, two counts of attempted sodomy, two counts of kidnapping and one count of unlawful entry. The sentencing phase of the court martial began today. Both the forcible sodomy and kidnapping charges carry a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. Attempted sodomy carries a maximum count of 20 years and unlawful entry is six months.
