Heart catheterization

The 96th Medical Operations Squadron's Jesse Aguilar, a catheter lab technologist, and Senior Airman Samantha Bautista, a cardio pulmonary technician, follow sterile glove donning procedures at Eglin Hospital, Jan. 14 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The surgical technicians prepared to assist doctors during a cardiac catheterization. Eglin’s newest invasive imaging procedure allows doctors to identify how well a patient’s blood flows to the artery that feeds the heart. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ilka Cole)
