EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The following disciplinary actions occurred here between April and June 2017.

A staff sergeant from the 592nd Special Operations Maintenance Group received a general court-martial for sexual assault of a child.  He was found guilty and sentenced to reduction in rank to airman, confinement for seven years, total forfeiture of all pay and allowances and a dishonorable discharge.

A senior airman from the 33rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a summary court-martial for reckless driving.  He was found guilty and sentenced to reduction in rank to airman 1st class, confinement for 30 days and a forfeiture of $1,417 pay.

A senior airman from the 96th Maintenance Squadron was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for mental disorder.

A technical sergeant from the 33rd Maintenance Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $1,844 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go.

An airman 1st class from the 33rd MXS was discharged with a General service characterization for drug abuse.

An airman 1st class from the 96th AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $896 pay per month for two months (with one month suspended) and a reprimand for driving under the influence of alcohol.

A staff sergeant from the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman, a suspended forfeiture of $1,267, suspended 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongful use and possession of marijuana.

A staff sergeant from the 96th LRS received a reduction in rank to senior airman, restriction to base for 60 days (with 30 days suspended) and a reprimand for absence without leave and wrongful use of cocaine.

A senior airman from the 96th LRS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman 1st class, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty.

A senior airman from the 96th LRS was discharged with a General service characterization for drug abuse.

An airman 1st class from the 96th LRS received a reduction in rank to airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for absence without leave.

Two airmen from the 96th LRS were discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman from the 96th Security Forces Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for substance and alcohol abuse treatment failure.

A senior airman from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An senior airman from the 96th Dental Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class, seven days extra duty and a reprimand for driving under the influence of alcohol and damage to military property.

A master sergeant from the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron received a reduction in rank to technical sergeant, forfeiture of $1,898 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for driving under the influence of alcohol.

An airman 1st class from the 383rd Training Squadron/96th Medical Support Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $400 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 30 days, and a reprimand for providing alcohol to underage Airmen.

An airman 1st class from the 383rd TRS/96 MDSS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A federal civilian employee was given a reprimand for language, inciting to quarrel and interfering with the production of others.

A federal civilian employee was given an oral admonishment for failure to perform honest and timely inventory.
