The 96th Medical Group wraps up its COVID-19 vaccination events here at the Enlisted Heritage Hall with shots ending May 20.

The event is open to anyone who received their first Pfizer vaccination dose on-base and needs Dose 2 as well as all uniformed and GS employees who want the vaccine.  No appointment or invitations necessary.  Personnel should bring a completed DHA 207 screening form with them to the event.  The Form is available at the link below.

Times are as follows:

Dose 2 - Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 - 11 a.m. until May 20

Dose 1 - Tuesdays and Thursdays noon - 4 p.m. until May 6

Vaccine appointments are available now at the immunization clinic every Wednesday for the first and second doses of the Pfizer shot and Moderna second doses.  To make an appointment, visit the appointment website.

Off Base:  All Florida residents 18 years and older are eligible to get the vaccine (16 years and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine).  If eligible, anyone can get the vaccine off base for free.  Military members must bring documentation after their off-base vaccine appointment to the 96th MDG immunizations clinic to document the immunization.  Otherwise, active-duty military are generally recommended to receive their vaccine on base, so records can be updated directly.
