The F-15A was moved to its new home in front of the Northwest Florida Regional Airport July 13. The F-15A was a training aircraft for the 33d Fighter Wing and is now on loan from The National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB. Since 1978, 33rd Fighter Wing F-15s have flown over Eglin and the local community.
