96th Medical Group holds first Teddy Bear Clinic
Senior Airman Antoinette Fowler, a 96th Medical Group aerospace medical services journeyman, shows four-year-old, Layla Sherwood how to give an immunization during the first Teddy Bear Clinic at Eglin Air Force Base, Aug. 4. Children took their stuffed animals and characters through eight clinic stations. Stations included registration, CPR, immunizations, nutrition, fitness and vital signs. The Pediatric Clinic hosted 127 children to educate them about hospital procedures and to demonstrate what they may expect if they need to see a doctor. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ilka Cole)
