96th Medical Group holds first Teddy Bear Clinic
A mom fastens a button on her son's Thomas the Tank in the pediatric clinic waiting room before entering the Teddy Bear Clinic at Eglin Air Force Base, Aug. 4. Children took their stuffed animals and characters through eight clinic stations. Stations included registration, CPR, immunizations, nutrition, fitness and vital signs. The Pediatric Clinic hosted 127 children to educate them about hospital procedures and to demonstrate what they may expect if they need to see a doctor. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ilka Cole)
