An Eglin Air Force Base firefighter presents a ribbon with a name of the 343 firefighters killed Sept. 11, 2001 to Michael Clayton, the assistant fire chief after ascending to the top 11-story air traffic control tower Sept. 1. When each name was delivered to the top of the tower it was read aloud. The event ended on top of the tower with participants hanging the ribbons over the balcony on either side of an American Flag.
