Team Eglin’s moulage team members apply last minute touches to a student’s simulated protruding eyeball prior to a major accident response exercise Oct. 7 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.  The exercise scenario was a simulated vehicle-borne improvised explosive device was detonated at the EOD school house killing and injuring students. The moulage team created simulated cuts, burns and bone breaks on approximately 15 students to provide realism for the medical and firefighting teams.  The exercise helped train Navy EOD School staff, Team Eglin first responders and local emergency crews.
