Lt. Gen. John B. Cooper, Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, salutes with Navy leadership at the 48th Annual Explosive Ordnance Disposal Memorial ceremony May 6. Names of recent fallen and past EOD technicians are added to the memorial wall during a ceremony each year at the Kauffman EOD Training Complex at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.
