Weather balloon release

Airman 1st Class Timothy White, 96th Weather Squadron, releases a helium-filled weather balloon March 1 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The balloon carries a radiosonde device that gathers information like GPS coordinates, wind speed, direction, height, ascension rate, pressure, temperature and humidity.
