July 2 ROAD CLOSURE Published July 2, 2008 By 010708 EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Certain roads around Eglin Air Force Base will be blocked on the following date and time for a test mission: Wednesday, July 2: 2 to 5 p.m. - Roads to be closed: · Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) at Field 5 water tank · West end of Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) at State Highway 87 · Intersection of Range Roads 236, 235 and 250 · Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) at Range Road 238 · Range Road 257 from Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) to Ranger Camp Several missions will occur using the same road closure plan. This may cause multiple closures of 20 to 30 minutes on the roads listed above. Closures will occur only when absolutely required for safety. Drivers should plan accordingly.
