Feb. 7 Road Closure (14-08) Published Feb. 6, 2008 By 01408 EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Certain roads around Eglin Air Force Base will be blocked on the following date and time for a test mission: Thursday, Feb. 7, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Roads to be closed: · Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) from Range Road 236 to Range Road 291 · Range Road 257 from Field 6 Water Tower to Range Road 213 (Bob Sikes Road) Roads are not generally closed for the entire duration of each mission. Closures will occur only when absolutely required for safety and will normally be a 20- to 30-minute period within the scheduled mission time. Drivers should plan accordingly.
