Highway 85, State Road 123 to close for test missions Published Sept. 1, 2026 EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The 96th Test Wing will conduct testing on the Eglin Test and Training Complex Sept. 2, requiring the closure of Highway 85 and State Road 123 between 9 and 11:30 a.m. Backup missions are scheduled for Sept. 9 and 11 during the same time frame. The road should not be closed for more than a 90-minute period. Note, the road may be closed for several periods within the time frame.
