Active recovery operations conclude Published March 20, 2015 EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Eglin officials will conclude active recovery efforts tomorrow related to the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter accident March 10. The Safety Investigation Board from the Army Combat Readiness Center, Fort Rucker, Ala., has convened. Eglin will transfer responsibility of the accident site to the investigation board Saturday. All recovered human remains have been transferred to Dover AFB, Del. In the event anyone finds human remains or aircraft debris from the Santa Rosa Sound and adjacent areas, please call 850.882.5856. The Eglin Fire Communication Center will be available to respond to any findings related to the accident.
