• Northwest Gate to reopen

    Effective Thursday, Aug. 22, Eglin's Northwest Gate will reopen to inbound morning traffic from 6 to 8 a.m. The gate, formerly known as the 33rd Fighter Wing Gate, is located on Highway 85, south of the airport. It was closed due to manning constraints caused by civilian furloughs.
