Air Force wrestler

Staff Sgt. Jeffrey Zastrow, of the 96th Medical Group, deadlifts more than 400 pounds as part of his training regime for the Air Force wrestling team May 16 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The 33-year-old bioenvironmental engineer recently won the 98 kg division of the U.S. Veteran's National Championship held in Las Vegas.

Into the mud

The military and resident communities came out to get dirty and have fun at the local mud runs in 2014. Service members from many of the local bases formed teams or ran as individuals in the 5K races throughout the days.
