    The 96th Test Wing is scheduled to conduct an active assailant exercise Jan. 7 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The annual training exercise will take place at Eglin Elementary School and is intended to test emergency response plans.

    A native Florida dogwood tree and Armistice Day monument were planted and dedicated on Veterans Day, Nov. 12 at Jackson Guard in Niceville, Fla. to mark the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day. The monument and tree serve as a remembrance.
